Onto the Gin, neat on the nose, there is a pearly sweet fruitness with a floral citrus hit. You can taste elderflower, pear, lavander, honey, caffir lime, star anise and linden. There is a glossy rounded mouth feel where floral notes pen out and a citrus undertone balance the sweetness nicely. Best served with orange peel phisalis. Read more

This is made with potatoes grown on the Herefordshire producer's farm, which are distilled and infused with juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almond. This is then redistilled with grapefruit and pomelo peels. A fruity and refreshingly tart gin. Best served with grapefruit and juniper. Read more
